How We Submit and logos of other gov't agencies?

Hello. Does anybody know if we can use a you tube account/link to submit the videos? The "Enter the Submission" page only states to "Add a link to your website where the submission is published." Not sure I entirely get that? Also, I know we can use the USA.gov logo, but are we permitted to use the logo of other gov't agencies......? Thanks!

    Hi Erich,

    We see that you submitted your videos without a problem. YouTube is an acceptable way to enter your submissions.
